What characteristics do AGV robots working in the painting workshop need to have?


1. Accuracy


The robot adjusts the program based on the offset data measured by the camera positioning system to achieve precise spraying. And based on the displacement caused by its monitoring, an initial value is set. If it exceeds this threshold, the camera system will sound an alarm to prevent collisions between robots and avoid collision accidents; When spraying, whether in powder or paint form, it is necessary to maintain uniform speed and force.


2. Security


AGV robots in the painting workshop need to have high safety, explosion-proof, and fire-resistant characteristics. Due to the fact that spray materials (in the form of paint or powder) are chemical substances and their volatile gases are flammable, the painting robots used in the painting workshop must be "explosion-proof robots". Using robots for spraying is more efficient, increases the adhesion rate between the surface and the sprayed material, reduces resource usage, greatly reduces the probability of pollution, and is more conducive to environmental protection.
